TV programmes disappeared

Stumbled across this thread and glad it's not just me. Downdetector shows an issue at Sky as well.

I've got to say, Sky Stream is nice- when it works, but it's just too unreliable.

I am having the same issue and when I asked for a channel, it says programme waiting to load or channel not found

im having issue with the tv guide either not showing or after a reboot showing tv schedule waiting. I've unplugged the puck, restarted everything including my broadband and nothing. Now I don't have tv guide at all.

Exactly the same here too. But my app now says that there is a service issue with it. Nothing useful in the help sections of the website either.

BBC programmes will not load directly bjt some others will wuite happily. We can also watch live via iPlayer but just get s blank screen via the TV listing. Yes, we have done the reset via settings, and refresh app and a s hard rebokt to no effect. Yes, the wifi link is excellent (>500M) close to router. One odd thing to mention - ever since we had the puck (only a few months) it has to be turned on twice to get it going. Weird. But not a bug deal.

Yeah same here, I did have some channel's but now tv guide has gone, does anyone know how to resolve it, there is always problems 😞

Same for me. Get a black screen saying programme waiting to load or no channel available and also no channels under TV guide

Ok given up now.

Technical issue with this channel.

Trying to open/change to sky Atlantic.

I'm calling tomorrow and letting sky lead with a solution.
