Sky puck won’t play from the tv guide
Sky puck plays from the playlist but it won't play from the tv guide? Any help would be appreciated. Thanks

If you mean playing the current live tv programme shown in your TV guide.
Are you getting some kind of error. Is this on all channels or just some?
Selecting anything in the future on the tv guide will present a page, where you can add it to your playlist or view the options to select a programme to watch if it is available on catch-up/on demand or via an app if it's available.

Sorry I don't have an answer but want to contribute to the thread. I want to know why this is so too as I have the same issue. Watching a programme through TV Guide I get stalling picture but continuous sound. If I switch to the same channel via the App it plays 100% fine. WHY ??
