Netflix App issues.
Whenever I click on the Netflix app or continue watching a show, the screen just goes black. I've tried resetting the sky stream puck I'm trying to watch on, and it works then after the reset for the first time of watching something, but when I next return and open Netflix, the same thing, a black blank screen. I've tried resetting the puck and after the first watch the same issue. Before resetting the puck I tried logging in and out of Netflix and refreshing the apps. Afterwards the same thing happens. All other apps work and oddly, when I go into Prime and load it up, then exit and go back to Netflix it seems to work, so there's obviously some sort of software issue with the sky stream puck and the Netflix app somewhere where it doesn't exit properly after watching something.
Anyone else having these issues, and any ideas how to sort it out. It's quite frustrating.

Notice you have tried refreshing of apps in the puck settings.
This can take up to 24 hours to complete.
You mention resetting, assume that is a settings restart;
Go to Settings>Systems Management>Resets & Updates
Select Restart device
Your Sky Stream puck will perform a reboot. It will take a few minutes to complete
If after that app refresh '24 hour' period, you are still having an issue.
Launch Netflix, on the left menu options choose 'Get help' and 'Reload Netflix'.
This may log you out of Netflix, so you will need to login to your Netflix account again.

One further option, you could try with the Puck in standby is a reboot of your broadband router.
