I’ve lost all normal tv channels and guide

The darts is working on channel 921 on sky stream if that's any help

I'm same . Tonight, no TV guide, turned off at mains, rebooted four times , now got TV guide but BBC missing & numerous other channels on guide missing, are blank, can't watch the channels I got as just says loading then eventually after ten mins says technical fault.

No Stream for us either but it does say there is an issue with it in the area (Glasgow).

I am receiving other channels but not BBCchannels it keeps telling us there is a technical fault

My puck is the same. No bbc channels and missing quite a few others too. Iplayer works though. Very annoying . With the amount you pay for sky it should work

And same here. Only channel I want to watch is the one the darts is on - not working! I have been a Sky customer for over 20 years and my latest contract is coming to an end. So is any chance of me spending any more money with Sky - recently the service has been awful!

Me too sky need to sort this . They say they are working on it but could be a couple of hours.

I'm having the same issue. Can't get through on the phone. The TV guide appeared for a brief while and then disappeared again. Some channels were working and some weren't.

I've just done another reset as it crashed. Just crazy.

Same problems here on 3 Stream pucks. All checks and restarts done but still either no TV guide or hit and miss. Been going on for two days so not happy.

Yes same issue. Watching via apps works fine but the life tv has disappeared
