I'm having the same issue BBC and channel four not loading, done everything Sky recommended to no avail. At least Sky Community is reporting same issue, so what is Sky doing to resolve this!

Update:

Did restart number (lost count at this stage). Tv guide is there but nearly all the channels are either showing blank or say waiting for tv schedule. I have sky broadband and I'm able to watch some things so it can't be that?

Mine is exactly the same and can't get through to sky. I've tried unplugging for a couple of mins and it didn't show after I rebooted it

My Sky Stream having same problem. Many programmes missing from EPG. Sky go app works fine on tablet using same wireless system so not WiFi speed problem.

No response from Sky.

Why are there so many issues with the sky stream system. The box isn't fit for purpose. Slow at responding, constantly crashing, having to reset or restart.
