I get that technical issues happen, it's the fact they ghost you into thinking it's you and there's nothing wrong, no service status updates, no useful information and ofcourse if you are willing to wait in a queue for 60 minutes you may get someone similarly asking you to carry out basic network checks rather than telling you of a wider issue. Premium pricing, bargain basement support.
No TV Guide. I suppose it makes a difference , I've been getting g used to all the usual problems like stuttering, sound issues etc. This is another level. Lol. Can't wait until contract ends , I'm out!
Half my channels have not been loading on my tv guide tonight and I have restarted the device in the settings menu and unplugged the mains cable, I now dont have a tv guide at all and can only watch streming TV.
I have 4 pucks and I have the same scenario with all of them yet when I login Sky say there is no issue with any of my services or any of my pucks.
Has anyone else had this randomly just start happening again had months of sky working perfectly now again saying about locations and Tech fault again.
The last bit made me LOOL, but I've always got issues, sky just turns itself off every week, it doesn't play the formula 1 properly when you watch it later on, apparently another common issue that's known...
