Sky sports main event and sky sports + not working so can’t get darts on

So I'm getting there's a fault with this channel, I'm paying an extra £30 a month for sky sports!! Joke

The funny thing is you can bypass and watch other channels through apps on Stream puck, but no way you can watch any of the Sky Channels including news and sports.

Well done sky, sack some of your useless football 'pundits' and reinvest in better tech instead might be a good start.

Same here. no EPG, and certain channneks just not working.

As well as this, my puck arrived on the 23 September and still does't show as delivered so my service hasn't been activated yet. 

Not a great first impression.

I'm pretty new to Sky, maybe 4 months, and am already on my second puck. Virgin media was overpriced tat, but the equipment worked. Looking on the bright side, it looks like a network fault of some sort as opposed to my puck having another strop. Make do with Netflix tonight then, or, God forbid, talk to your partner!
