Sky excelling themselves again! Episodes 1 and 2 of day of the jackal have subtitles, 3 doesn't, don't know about 4 yet. Ridiculous! Come on Sky, this should be a basic task!

Your best bet to get this resolved by Sky is to send an email to the Sky Viewer relations team to report it;

you re disgusting! Discrimination the deaf who can't watch it! As first subtitle show it translates for the German language then English subtitles stopped when speak English. Outrageous to sky for what I pay Monthly for ?

I've tried the reset with no luck. 
A number of programmes I want to watch are the same I.e. subtitles for the first one or two episodes then no more. With some e.g. Ellis there are none at all!

It really is terrible for deaf people like me.

I have no problems  with Ellis,  have you  tried  going on to my5,  pressing the up button  and pressing  the button for subtitles  I don't  need to  do  it  for  Ellis but I do sometimes  for other programs

Well that's no help at all as we would lose all the playlist and netflix!!  I am not impressed with Sky wish we had stayed with Virgin.

But I've just found I can get Ellis on my freeview box but still not on Sky!

The new TV series of The day of the Jackal is on Sky Atlantic, not U.
