How to set up recents on the new OS 2

On the navigation bar there is a recents button.

When you click on it, it says to manage this in my details on the website.

When I went on there I couldn't find where to do this.

Thanks for your help.

Re: New Sky OS 2.0

Had the same issue on Glass2 mirrored on the puck.

Reboot both issue remained.

The issue reoccurred when watching world cycling champs on Sunday. Again reboot not solving the issue.

It is a very intermittent fault, I have set up to record a significant number of sports live events as a test to try to replicate, but there is no common time or other identifying volume of recording etc that I can narrow it down to.

Re: Sky stream beta update 2.0

I'm really impressed with the new layout, the fact that you can change what does or doesn't need to be recorded, no problems with UHD so far,

Have a go at restarting your TV and it might update automatically for you, that is exactly what I did

@Yoghurt if you weren't invited to partcipate in the beta, and didn't sign up if you were invited you won't be getting OS 2.0 until its been generally released.

Re: New Sky OS 2.0

No live tv from guide always have to reset puck on turn on, have spoken with technical team and done complete reset of puck and told they will call back Tuesday evening to see if there's any change, unfortunately still same problem, only way to get live tv is to reset puck and after turn on every time, can anyone help.

Upstairs tv and puck working fine under new format.

I remember you mentioning something about withdrawing from the trial.

Assume you are still on the trial.

In the call you had to Sky, were they aware you were on Sky OS 2?

When you say live TV from tv guide.

What  happens when you first turn the puck on and use voice to call up a channel like 'Sky News' or Home>recents> and selecting a recent views channel in there?

Do you have the Settings>Start and standby option for Default to live TV, turned on/off?
This option is in an A/B test so it may not be available for you.

Have you tried temporarily swapping the pucks over, to make sure it's not some kind of local network blip happening at the location of your failing puck?
