Technical Fault. Regularly occuring.
Regularly getting these faults with Sky Stream/puck. I want to say it's the internet provider, but we was with Sky Broadband previously and had the same problem. Makes me think, why am I paying for this service, when they can't provide the service?

Did you get this resolved? I've been having the same problem since the start of September.

If you can please post in this thread on Thursday as a reminder with your re-escalation request, one of us Superusers on here will be able to escalate to Sky for you.

Re: Technical Fault. Regularly occuring.
Hi
Having the same issue
I keep getting technical faults and weak signals.
Tonight the WiFi went off again and each one takes longer to repair.
Have only had Sky since end of September.
