Sky puk flashing white

A couple of weeks ago i had to keep reseting my puck as it kept losing connection. I reported and sky mugged me off by buying the wifi booster which costs me extra per month. Now my puck wont display anything on my tv and is flashing white. Today is christmas eve absolutely fantastic 😩 what a great sky experience. I have tried reseting by taking the wires out but nothing is happening. Any tips please?

@Gary1234lx The flashing white light indicates the box is downloading firmware. Sky ask that custommers dont use the factory reset unless under their guidance as it can go wrong. If the box does not come back on its own in an hour or so call Sky their lines open from 9am today to report the issue. 

Resetting the box will not d[cure issues with poor wifi signal strength having a booster might help but always place boosters halway between the router and where you need the boost. Streaming TV requires a decent wifi connection which is down to the layout, type of construction snd level of interference in your home. Ethernet cables are by farctge best connection to use.
