Got my new Sky Stream Puck today but it will not go further than checking your status. Have followed all the instructions provided including software updates and leaving for 15 minutes (3 times) but no progress 😡 Any ideas out there?

Phoned the helpline and got some extra suggestions than could find online. Still couldn't get it to work so connected to a different TV and WIFI, which worked 👍 Not exactly sure what the issue was, but Happy now 😊

Try all the troubleshooting steps here: https://www.sky.com/help/articles/setting-up-sky-glass-checking-your-status
If that doesn't work you will need to speak to Sky. We are fellow subscribers here on the forum.

Thanks for your reply MaikeAlanR. I've done some further digging into my account and believe it's not a technical problem but that my account is still being setup, so will leave it a day or to and keep trying 🤞
