It shocking when sky can brin these prices down and current customers cant take advantage of the savings. £6.50 a month instead of £13 is a big saving.

This is not limited to just sky. Nearly all company's in all sectors prioritise deals for new customers over existing customers

It is available to existing Sky customers who don't already have Whole Home as well.

And a consequent drop in revenue for the company. Promotional pricing is generally intended to increase profits, not reduce them.

Why not try.
In the MySky app or online Mysky account you can 'remove Whole Home' under Your products >Manage home setup
But, you may have to wait until the current contracted month ends, before getting the chance to get a new deal.

Not sure, but I've just signed up (existing customer) for £6.50 per month for 24 months. Really happy.
