Sky golf red button doesn’t work

Every time I try to use the red button it gives me a blue screen red button works on every other interactive channel

My remote control isn't working I've changed the batteries but it isn't doing anything

You could also try holding the remote at both ends and giving it a gentle twist as though you were wringing out a cloth.  Even though it sounds an unlikely solution it has got many faulty remotes working again (including my own).

If none of the above helped you can request a replacement at the following link: Streaming TV replacement remote 

If you are lucky enough to have one available you can use a Sky Q remote while you wait for a replacement to arrive.

I got the same earlier. The European golf was on from Scandanavia, and the commentator said "Press the red button to watch the golf from the Memorial tropphy in the USA", but I just had the blue sky sports screen saying that there was no interactive events on ths channel. Same happened last weekend ?

I often use the red button with the Golf from the Sky Golf channel, but for the PGA type matches, not the European tour coverage during the day.

Is it just the European Golf tour you are having issues with or is it also the PGA tour matches.

The European tour does not usually have any red button coverage during the day that I am aware of, unless I have missed it.
There is often a short ovelap between the two tour events, when the PGA in the Americas starts with  early covearge, while teh European tour is still live. I have used this in the past, but not the last few weeks.

Will give it a test today and see  how it goes.

Watchin* the dp world golf tour now on Sky Golf.

Red button option was there and this is what I saw.

Cliking on exit takes me to a kind of red button screen, shown below, , but shows the main feed and the spinning icon on right.

So not right.

Same with me. However The real red button coverage only started properly after the start of the first tee offs in the Memorial tournament yesterday

I think the PGA golf on the red button starts at 1.30pm. Just the Scandanvian masters at the moment

Apparently, the memorial trophy is on the red button, but all I get is

Hello all,

I checked with our backoffice teams who have told us Red Button wasn't due to start until 1:30pm today so looks like Red Button was kept on without any planned content behind it - we've fed this back.

How's things working right now with the PGA?

Red button golf for the Memorial PGA tour event with its three options ( marquee group/ featured groups/featured holes) plus  the dp world tour on the main  feed  has been working fine for me since I checked at 2pm
