Discovery plus is not working

I received an email saying it was the end of my discovery plus subscription even though it comes with my sky. Now it doesn't work on my sky stream

That sounds like you already had an active subscription with Discovery+ and it didn't link to your Sky account. 

We had a similar situation because we subscribed for 12 months direct with Discovery+. When that ended, we had to start our subscription again via Sky.
