Sky Stream pick glitches

Had Stream for about six weeks and experiencing lots of glitches:

 

- When starting up, either a white line that flashes across the menu or the whole screen flashes on and off. Have to turn off and on again to resolve it and start watching 

- Sometimes when I turn the puck on, my TV comes on and other times it doesn't and I have to use the TV remote to turn it on. Even though I have the puck setting on for controlling HDMI

- Programmes start playing again even though I've put them on pause 

- Disney+ is especially rough with a handful of glitches on that app 

 

I've got 900meg broadband so it's not that. I have to restart the box once or twice a week to keep it happy.

 

Before ordering, I did see posts/reviews about Stream being glitchy. Do I have to live with it or anything I can do to resolve these issues?
