Re: Sky Stream not working on 4th Utility Fibre
@Jase634 You'll need to speak to 4th Utility about that. The good news is once you get them, a fix is available now.

Trouble is my username and password is not available in my utility dashboard. Not sure why?

Re: Sky Stream not working on 4th Utility Fibre
it is in your account settings and then the view service info option. It's to log into your router, not your wifi name and password

Only 4th Utility can answer that for you, not Sky.

Re: Sky Stream not working on 4th Utility Fibre
My details were sent in my original emails from 4th Utility, it maybe worth looking back at those.

Just as this issue is resolved now iPlayer and Amazon have stopped working due to location issues 🤬really wish I hadn't signed up to 4th utility.

Re: Sky Stream not working on 4th Utility Fibre
Wish I had found the answer posted here before I spent most of the day pointlessly troubleshooting my Sky Stream Puck, then on the phone to Sky (who are replacing said puck - not even asking who my Broadband provider was). I now also have Prime Video, ITV X and BBC iplayer back.

At least you are not over £100 out of pocket because you bought a new router to fix the issue yourself 🙄
