Sky Stream football freezing

When watching the Manchester United match tonight on my sky puck it keeps freezing every few seconds, it will freeze for a few seconds and then continue, I tried watching it on my phone through the app and that is working find.

In the couple of minutes I was watching on my phone it went from 20 seconds behind the puck to a minute in front of it.

Watching on my PC via the app is working well.

at this rate, I will drop sky altogether when it is up for renewal.
