Puk keeps freezing and no talk

Every time I play on my xbox my puk in the living room starts to freeze and mute 🔇 speech?

@Cyberjess  That would suggest a wifi issue or lack of bandwidth.

 

On you puck open the netflix app, go to Get Help and run connection test, what speed are you getting?

Like you I'm a customer here, Sky Employees are clearly identified as such.
