Device set to 2160
Sound to Pcm
Device now crashes and freezes or black screen several times a day now, either going from Apple TV or HBO Maxto a HD channel.
Turning off the mains, waiting 30 seconds then turning on sorts it, until I happens again...
On Fttp , getting 90Mb on ethernet speed test via Netflix...I'm suspicious that this new fibre isn't working consistently 100% , fed via underground cable but definitely via overheads to get into the area

Try exiting the app rather than going straight to the home page. Reason being the app is still open in the background and can cause issues.

That would essentially be full speed: pucks only have a 100Base-T ethernet chipset.

Re: Sky Stream 4K crashing
Yes I know, it's the Puck crashing that's getting very annoying seeing how much I pay Sky, so the Puck us on top of the TV bench, but running it on 4k us it overheating?
It's getting close to a call to sky but I don't want another customer refurb device

Sky puck freezing and then no sound fiber at 910 there's definitely a software issue going on. Anyone else having the same problems

Re: Sky Stream 4K crashing
On most apps press back, back etc. until you quit the app. Netflix needs to "exit" in the menu.
