If I cancel the contract on the grounds I am not getting the service I contracted for under the sale of goods act, what use is my Sky Glass TV to me?

I've had conversations with Sky and they agreed they would cancel the contract due to failure to provide the service paid for. Only thing is when the season starts again I'll have no choice but to subscribe in some way or another. I'm curious whether anyone subscribed to it via NOW TV are having the same issues.

Thanks for this, I've been wondering if anyone on NOW TV have been suffering the same shoddy service. Could be the answer to watching next season.

Can't see how to delete my previous post. This is about as good as the streaming service.

I have also been told I can leave mid contract without penalty. Did that include the whole contact, e.g including internet and phone services if included?

I only had TV services from them.

Typically it would only be one service. While Stream television is often co-sold with Sky Broadband, it's not the same product.

Once again, I've got my usual Tuesday evening to sit down and watch the latest race, and I can't. It's not in my playlist, and again I think it's because it's repeated tonight at 9pm. What's the point of an on demand service which isn't on demand??!! So frustrated and angry at such shoddy service and Sky couldn't seem to care less.

I will have to explore this with them. I always combine internet, phone and TV together as one package. It would be a serious nuisance to have renewal dates out of sync. If they insist on one service only allowing to escape the broken streaming service, I expect I would switch it to a monthly renewal option.

Hi, When watching a Formula 1 race on my pPuck while the race is on it jumps a second or so every 30-40 seconds. Recently theres also a good 10 second delay with liup sync.... I have reset the puck etc.
Has anyone eose experienced this?

I've just taken a call from Sky to let me know that a fix was put in place yesterday. Obviously for us that watch F1 we won't know until the new season starts. I'll be watching this thread to see if anyone has issues with any other sports channels, as she said it was only those channels affected. Fingers crossed it's all sorted!
