I've sent my sky equipment back but have not received confirmation and I'm worried I'll be charged a late fee is there someone I can speak to about this?

@Mia48 Did you retain proof of postage when you returned the equipment? If so we can escalate this for the attention of Skys messaging team and it should be a simple process for them to check the tracking number and ensure your account it updated as required.

@Anonymous If you are the same person as @Mia48 and have the proof of postage still keep it very safe and indefinitely in case something happens in the future

I have the same problem. I didn't receive proof of posting. The equipment was picked up by the post office and they supplied the postage address sticker. Who do I phone re this.
