Return time scales

How long do I have to return a sky Q box once I have received the return package?  All the details say "return within stated time scale" but I haven't been given a "time scale" & I'm going on holiday for 2 weeks tomorrow.

Re: Return time scales

Ours ended a couple of weeks ago. We got a box  a week later with instructions that we need to send the equipment back by April.

If you look on My Orders in the app you can see if they've sent your box.

They emailed me to say they have my returned box already so I wouldn't worry about any of it.

As mentioned above., you have 60 days.

You do not have to wait for the return packaging, as you can use your own and print your own labels, as desribed in the following link.

Make sure you keep your proof of posting.

hi @Christine_M_W

We do need to advise that sometimes the process for returns is slow and can result in emails & charges for  non-return even though equipment has been sent.

Thus make sure you keep the proof of posting (and keep for a long time in case of even more delays) once sent

If you do get charged then this can be sorted and refunded (hence the proof of posting)  but may need referral to a team that support the community
