Hi all.
My sky puck hasn't been working for a week now.
After doing the recovery process daily to no avail, Sky have finally agreed to send me a replacement.
The faulty puck is being collected at the same time as the new one is delivered. My question is, will the replacement puck come with power leads and remote. I'd hate to send mine back and not have any with the new one.

After waiting nearly an hour in a queue, I finally spoke to Sky who confirmed that new leads and a remote will be included.
