Anyone else started getting channel audio going out of sync with this update?
This is separate issue to the ongoing sync issue.
With this new issue I've started getting in the last two days, the audio going out of sync by several seconds and having to switch to another channel and back again to fix it

Another new issue since the update, is that when I turn on / off the puck, it's not always turning on / off my TV at the same time. It was all fine before the latest update. I have also done the setting several times since to connect the TV and sound bar

I've had the audio set to PCM and I've been experiencing this problem as well since the update.

I had the latest update a few days ago, infact I believe the same day as @Super+Anthony. I only say this for the purpose of balance but I am not experiencing these problems, in fact I previous had my sound set to PCM as I was having lip sync issues and was recommended to use that setting, however I now switched back to Dolby Digital and the lip sync issue seems to be fixed. It is early days yet so will report back if anything changes.
Has anyone found out what the latest update contained?

I've not had the ongoing lip sync issue at all - but actually when I first got this QS033.014.00P update, I put Sky news on and popped out the room for a few minutes, came back in and the news presenter was way out of sync. I changed channel and back again which immediately corrected it. I did a full software reboot of the puck and haven't seen that repeated again since. So just that one time for me. Maybe try the software reboot from settings and see if the issue goes away.

Hopefully 2025 and Sky will be able to get all these issues fixed or updated 🫶🏻

I did a full reset of the puck yesterday after I posted about the issue so hopefully that'll stop it happening again.
After finally having the pixelation issue sorted in the last few weeks it's frustrating to have new issues crop up

For me it's introduced an amazing feature. Pixelation constantly across all channels. Amazing job Sky. Again!

Came home tonight to the Qs033 update, amazing, I thought, hopefully solved the lipsync issues!
hahahahahaha, they might be solved, who's knows?! Now I just get constant pixelation and black screens, across all channels, not just itv or sky, also BBC.
do Sky actually do any testing before they release this garbage?!!!

Noticed the same on our living room Sky Stream, though not tried others...
Hadnt checked the software version, but if it's QS033, then it's terrible QAing from Sky!
OK, so I've checked the one in my room. My Stream is fine, and is running QS033. So there's something else going on then. The only other difference is that the living room box is connected to a UHD capable TV, but the pixelation is visible on non-UHD content as well.
I may try and restart/reset the problem Sky stream later this evening when it isn't in use, to see if that improves anything.
I still stand by my earlier comment, as much as I like Stream, I do think some more testing needs to be done to minimise these little issues, and if there are problems - there needs to be a clearer/simpler way feedback/escalate.

I did a full factory reset on the puck last night, seems to have sorted it for the time being, but these issues shouldn't appear. It's 100% not internet related, as I have 200mbps fibre to the house with a hard wired connection from the puck to a unifi dream machine.

That's interesting you say the difference between your TV's were that the one with pixelation was UHD. The full reset fixed it for one of you so I'm thinking going on past software bugs that it could also be fixed by going in to picture settings and switching picture resolution to 1080p HD and then back to 2160P UHD. Don't forget that even programs not in native UHD still get upscaled for your UHD TV to display them properly.

@Floydianslip If you have QS03 then that is the latest update, it has only just about finished being rolled out so I imagine it will be a little while yet before the next one.

I have had the latest update on my tv and puck for awhile now and have had no problems, tv and puck both connected to the Internet by ethernet cable. I have sky broadband fftp gigafast 900mps
