hi 

 

my sky puck is not working in the bedroom, it flashes but nothing happens! The TV screen remains black

@Shani4 Set it up close to where the hub is, then move it to the bedroom!

Thanks Jim, it has been set up in the bedroom for several months! Shall I try moving it anyway and setting up again

@Shani4 It's either not connecting on the wireless wi-fi or it has went bad, is there no kind off picture on it even a settings screen etc!
