Sky stream not remembering where I was on a show

My sky stream won't play sky shows from where I last was, same device across devices always the same. The menu shows me as halfway through but when selected goes through adverts..then skip them and starts from the beginning been doing it for weeks now

Hi @Austin46  I have not encountered this issue but if I did the first thing I would to is reboot the puck through Settings > system management > resets & updates > restart device.  It takes a couple of minutes and gives you a blank screen for a while until the Sky logo appears.

Yep! Restarted all of them several times
