Fair play to Sky as the new puck has just been delivered!😮 Current speed via Netflix is 109.28mbps but I guess it'll be this evening we find out?
Below is the router and booster we have. The router is years old, and the white booster box is new. They are about as far apart as they can be. Nit sure how practical it would be to run a Ethernet cable without possibly going into the loft, and I'm not sure I can be bothered or feel I should have to do this, if you see what I mean. So i'll stick with the puck for a few days and see how it goes.

We've now had the new puck for a few days and apart from the odd momentary glitch, its been okay so far? It's certainly a world apart from the other one where we were reaching the stage where nothing loaded and even got the "blue screen of death"! So I'm going to hope/assume the sky man was right and we had a faulty puck?
If anything changes, i'll report back, but thanks to you all for the assistance and advice.👍
