I have recently just had a new sky glass tv and new sky pick installed at home including a new sky whole home subscription.
both of my remotes woke on the sky sky downstairs but neither work in the sky pick upstairs, I have tried pressing 7 and 9 followed by 1 and 3, switched it off and back on again and restarted the puck.
i get the Home Screen on my tv but can't get either remote to control it. Does anyone have any ideas?
