Sky puck will not link - already linked to someone else

Nope, that's not me.

 

I've tried linking it, tried 2 different ways of performing a hard reset - it's still adamant that my name is Harpreet and it wont link to my account, advising me to "try again later".

 

This is shoddy.

 

Another persons data is still on the device (true, I can only see the firstname but more WILL be on the device) and theyve sent it out to someone else (me).

 

Surely this shouldnt be allowed? And the chatbot was perhaps one of the worst going.

 

Anyone had this problem? Whats the best way to resolve this?
