Re: Picture problems on Netflix (All other Apps are OK)
Still having issues with the quality of Netflix but cheers after a reboot. Have now noticed similar issues creeping in with Disney+. Reboot again fixes that. And a third issue which I am now getting is that when choosing a Netflix program, the white text with the other details remains in view with the tray of three picture greyed out. Unsurprisingly, a reboot also clears this issue. I'm now winding if I'm part of the same issue as everyone else or if I have other issues on top?? Anyone else have this??

Re: Image quality on Netflix August 2025
This hasn't helped me with mine. I'm fed up rebooting everyday.
What is sky going to do to fix this problem

Re: Picture problems on Netflix (All other Apps are OK)
Hi kev,
I'm still having issues. I'm fed up rebooting everyday to watch netflix.
I feel like sky aren't doing very much to address this.
I'm very disappointed. If I wasn't locked in on a contract I'd have left and taken my custom elsewhere

Re: Picture problems on Netflix (All other Apps are OK)
Hi Button,
Check out post 206 on this thread. It is less than ideal but is a quicker workaround than rebooting.
Makes the fix about 30 seconds instead of about 3 minutes.
Hope this helps in the meantime.

Re: Image quality on Netflix August 2025
Been experiencing the rubbish quality Netflix when viewed through the sky box over the last few weeks. It's only Netflix, everything else is normal. This seems to have happened overnight. Considering the Netflix subscription is through sky, this needs sorted out! Can sky not just roll back whatever update they performed?

Hi Everyone
It's been confirmed that the fix for this problem has been completed.
We are sorry for any inconvenience that this issue may have caused, and appreciate everyone's patience whilst we worked through the problem.
I have now closed this thread. If you need further support, or are having problems, it's likely that it's not linked to this issue, and we'd recommend making a new post and the community will be on hand to help out.
