Access to Discovery plus

Here i go again, basically i have a Discovery plus account, I can get access to it via the app and choose my own profile, however it asks me to subscribe to watch anything. 

  • The problem i have is that my sky account is linked to a previous Discovery plus account, however due to various issues, i cannot remember the email address or password that was used. Is it possible to unlink my sky account from this old email/password and link it to my current Discovery plus account. I am not getting the service i am paying for, and finding it increasingly irritating.
  • Any help from anyone, would be much appreciated.

I'm guessing that you can't have used many email addresses for your previous account. Can't you use them one by one during the "forgotten password" section. Eventually you will get a link sent to the correct address to reset password and sign in.

Subscription

Discovery plus, keeps asking me to subscribe, I should get it via Sky, but i dont.

Someone must have a soloution

I have tried everything i can think off, I even rang up and asked Sky to unlink my account from Discovery, the foreign gentleman said he had done it, but that doesnt seem to be the case. 

Is there a limit on how many times i can ask for help?

yes, they just tell me to scan the QR code etc.

The only thing I can think of is continuing to try e-mail addresses you've used in the past, clicking "forgot password" until an email pops in to change password. Other than that I'm stumped.
