And it's mostly happening when paramount goes to add breaks, part way through add breaks or at end of episodes

Where would you lodge a complaint? It's virtually impossible to speak to a human at Sky and if you do get through to someone they're not interested and talk to you from a script asking the standard questions!

I doubt any compensation would be offered because P+ is a freebee.

To be more precise, during adds every time it freezes at 61 or 31 on the count. Surely this is not my tv, router or my sky equipment but a paramount issue

It's all very well asking consumer to supply info but most of us wouldn't have a clue where to find the info u want.

you seem to know there's an issue so get it sorted or refund the fee. Simple

I too have had the error code 3005 come up after freezing halfway through episodes of Mob land can't get any help from sky or paramount plus!!!!

This is very annoying.  Doesn't freeze when watching in my phone or tablet only via sky Q.  I'm trying to catch up on series that have multiple episodes and even the episode I'm watching freezes in the advert coming up with the go back or exit button, I press go back and it moves to the next episode.  I exit and go back to the episode I'm watching and it freezes again.  I have so many things to watch it's making me not want to due to it taking twice as long as usual and makes the programs being watched confusing due to watching new episodes in the middle of other episodes.   

you need to sort out this add issue and quickly 😒

Have DM'd you as having the same frustrating problem freezes half way through watching anything and gives you error code 3005 can't get any help from paramount plus or sky!!!

So I've now tried the full factory reset . (Was having issues with 5 as well)..

It fixed 5 but paramount still doesn't go .

The only work around I can get to work right now is .. download the Paramount app to watch over the add break .

Then switch back to sky stream for TV. 

It's ... Not a great work around.

Paramount + app constantly freezing

Recently we have had issues with Paramount + where during an ad the app freezes, says there's an Internet issue so you retry which leads to the ring of doom. Reset the sky glass to no avail. Everything else works except this app which is highly frustrating!
