Re: Paramount + Freezing With Error 3005 or 9999 (Sky Q/Stream/Glass)
I downloaded the app to my phone and then plugged that into my TV with a HDMI cable just so I could continue watching the series. Obviously your phone needs to be able to screen mirror. Or if you have a smart TV download the app and sign in that way. It only seems to freeze if watching through a Sky device.

Correct, I spoke too soon. I got through 2 episodes without any glitches now back to square 1 😢

Not so. It's jamming on my laptop via web browsers (edge and chrome) and if you follow the thread you'll see people having the same problem on their phone, on PCs as well as via Sky Q, a smart TV app, skyglass.
It's affecting everything.

Re: What is wrong with Paramount +
We've given up wtaching paramount and there are some great shows we want to watch but can't - I think we should all start boycotting Sky Cinema - Sky have been aware of this issue for 3-5 months now and no fix- ridiculous!

Re: Paramount + Freezing With Error 3005 or 9999 (Sky Q/Stream/Glass)
@JAW The latest update was posted yesterday and it was that Sky and Paramount are still looking into this.
Paramount+ has suffered these kinds of issues for a long time, and it's hitting Sky users now but previously very similar issues hit Chromecast and Fire users in the US, where they've had ads for longer.
Those issues got fixed, so I'm sure this will do too, but until they do we're just in a holding pattern unfortunately.

I've tried again today it freezes either at 71, 61 or 31 seconds on the advert count down clock. Waited and used try again and then the mobland jumped to the start of the next episode!!!!!. mobland episode 1 worked fine on Prime!

Re: Paramount + Freezing With Error 3005 or 9999 (Sky Q/Stream/Glass)
Has there been any update to this? Everytime it goes to adverts you get error 3005. When you click try again it skips to next episode. Extremely frustrating as great shows at the moment

Re: Paramount + freezing and error codes
Been having the exact same issue since day one. I spent quite a while on the phone with an advisor from sky trying to resolve this issue. The advisor tried a number things in the app settings to update and refresh the app but nothing worked. He even accessed my sky box remotely and could see the issues I was having. He assured me that this would be fixed, but this was weeks ago and here I am still having the same issues. I can't even get through one set of adverts without the issue occuring. I'm pretty much ready to give up on Sky. Having way too many issues in general. They promise you the world and then do absolutely nothing to resolve your concerns!
