Hi all,
Took delivery of 2 Sky Stream Pucks today. I have only set up one so far however, I have run into an issue. The puck is set up and I have logged into all my streaming accounts (iPlayer, ITVx, Netflix, Apple TV etc). The streaming via the apps is working as expected but, I am unable to view any of the LIVE tv channels/programmes from the Channel List.
I have powered down the puck a couple of times, put it into standby etc but the problem persisits. All I get is a 'loading' or 'please wait for your programme to load' messages.
Any suggestions?

@Deedee36 Had to finish up some work but I have factory reset the puck, set everything up again and the LIVE channels are now streaming 😀
Thnaks for the help.

Hi,
Yes, connected via wi-fi. There is a direct line of sight between the puck and my BB Hub, no more than 4-5 meters

@Deedee36 If it works, that's not going to be an preferred solution. The whole point is to have as few cables running around the place.

@Deedee36 Not yet, was thinking that if I can't get this one set up, then both would be going straght back!!

to second puck to rule out the first puck having a fault

@Deedee36 going to try a factory reset first and see what happens.
