No LIVE Channels

Hi all,

Took delivery of  2 Sky Stream Pucks today.  I have only set up one so far however, I have run into an issue.  The puck is set up and I have logged into all my streaming accounts (iPlayer, ITVx, Netflix, Apple TV etc).  The streaming via the apps is working as expected but, I am unable to view any of the LIVE tv channels/programmes from the Channel List.

I have powered down the puck a couple of times, put it into standby etc but the problem persisits.  All I get is a 'loading' or 'please wait for your programme to load' messages.

Any suggestions?

@Neilix01  How are you connected to the internet via wifi or Ethernet? Also if you open the Netflix app and scroll down to get help, check your network it will give you your connection speeds

Re: No LIVE Channels

Hi,

Yes, connected via wi-fi.  There is a direct line of sight between the puck and my BB Hub, no more than 4-5 meters

@Neilix01 you could try connecting via Ethernet to see if that helps

Re: No LIVE Channels

@Deedee36 If it works, that's not going to be an preferred solution.  The whole point is to have as few cables running around the place.

@Neilix01  I would try setting up
