Missing series on sky max

For some reason only seasons 8, 9 and 10 of Stargate sg1 are available on my sky puck, however my Dad who has the old sky box has access to all of the seasons. Why is this?

Your not talking to Sky we are fellow subscribers. However it could be an issue with streaming rights or it could just be an issue with meta data. The best course of action would be to email skys viewer relations team who will investigate and feedback. They can be reached on viewerR@sky.uk.
