Netflix issues

Hi, 

 

so I have Netflix premium through my sky. And I had an old Netflix account logged in on the tv. 

I was then getting emails from Netflix telling me my payments had failed and that my subscription was paused. I thought this Netflix account was linked to my sky. But it obviously hasn't been. So I cancelled that Netflix membership as they were trying to make me pay for it. 

so I then tried to set up Netflix through my sky stream as it is part of my package. But all it tells me is that if I want to use Netflix I need a sky plan in place but I already have a plan in place 

 

so just really confused as to what to do
