I’ve noticed on my Netflix app, Someone keeps changing the language to Spanish and found added profiles also in Spanish. The account is on the sky package deal.

Went on a chat room with the Netflix help team! They basically went through some checks and reset passwords etc

Either someone is using you Netflix App or you have possibly been hacked @MarkD45
Have you checked in the Netflix menu that the Email address is yours?

I have but with it being part of the sky puck package, i thought it was a sky account email address

Sky just arrange the billing for netflix. They do not provide netflix credentials. If you have profiles that aren't yours and the language has changed, you have been hacked and you need to take action immediately.

I have seen many people having the same issue and the assumption has always been that their account has been hacked. Could you possibly post how you resolved the problem as this will help others in the future if they search for a solution.
