Ok have sky glass downstairs and a streaming puck upstairs, everything works upstairs in 4k, sky channels, amazon video etc, but the netflix app refuses to play anything in 4k, it shows 4k content on the menu and as soon as you press play the screen just flickers then goes blank. On the skyglass downstairs all works fine.

Posted by a Superuser, not a Sky employee. Find out more@howdy12 what TV are you using upstairs? Sounds like the app is selecting a file type the TV doesn't accept. Can you also confirm the puck is connected directly to the TV by a reasonable short HDMI lead.

Jvc 4k fire t.v, the hdmi cable is about 3m long as t.v is wall mounted. Sign in via app through t.v and works fine all 4k, sign in through sky puck and it's temperamental. When I do get it going then there's no voice sound, so change it to pcm then sound is normal. When I do get netflix running in 4k through the puck and press home on the remote just to look what else is on then netflix goes into error code, and when I click back on netflix everything is in hd and I need to restart the netflix app to get the menu back into 4k. It's only with the netflix app, as I said everything else and all other apps are fine, so does netflix need to add some software to their app to make it work like all the others do🤔
