None of the apps will play

Trying to watch something on Disney+ but all it is showing is a buffer screen

All the other apps play okay. I have finally got it working, 3rd times a charm

@Schmitt I appreciate that you mention none of the apps play but just so the community can get a bigger picture can you confirm:

 

  • Does Netflix play?
  • Does iPlayer play?
  • Does live Sky TV play?
  • Does on-demand Sky TV play?

Have you tried restarting the TV? You can do that in Settings > System Management > Resets & updates > Restart device.
