My sky puck is not connecting. I tried to reset it following instructions and even tried in another HDMI port and it's not working or connecting.

Try unpairing plugging at the mains for 10 minutes and trying again. If that doesn't work, follow the troubleshooting advice here:

If that doesn't work, you will need to call Sky, as we are fellow subscribers here on the form. However one question is who is your ISP? There was (is) a known issue with Hyperoptic and if you have their broadband you need to give them a call and they will make a change to your configuration to allow it to work.
