Morning all, 

Just a quick questions, I signed up to sky yesterday and placed my order, my broadband activation is 30th July where they will take over from BT, the sky stream puck is being delivered today, I just want to clarify with sky stream puck can I plug it in today and use the BT broadband until sky take over or is it worth waiting for activation date of the broadband?

@jack19970  You can plug it in and setup using the BT connection, once Sky take over you'll have to reset the network within the puck settings menu to recognise the new broadband connection.
