Uh oh looks like I spoke too soon! After doing the remote reset then rebooting my puck it was fine for just a few minutes but is now looping ads again!!

I tried that a couple of timea first, especially after leaving the Puck unplugged for a while.

So what I did in the end after resetting the remote I updated all apps. Then I tried Netflix and the ad loop happened on Netflix as well. I closed that app and opened Amazon and selected a film to watch and it worked perfectly! So I closed that app and tried my news channels and haven't had a problem since! I have no idea which action caused it to work again but for some reason I think updating the apps and then trying a movie on the apps did it, no idea. But it's working just fine now.

If you are still having problems, can you restart your Stream Puck/Glass TV and let us know if it's fixed for you 🙂.

This is happening on my mums to today. Traitors advert playing after a black screen. We have restarted it but it's not resolved

Had this too. Adviser knew nothing of any issues. Resorted to a hard reset on the phone with him, which worked.

This happening to me today. Just plugged in today to start the new service and Im stuck on a the same advert loop interupting any TV channel I put on. I've paid for ad skipping too, but I guess this is only on 'Playlist'/'On Demand' stuff.

I am literally going to cancel SKY.....it is happening again. I am not paying for a service I can not watch! Ridiculous

The BBC iPlayer auto play preview needs turning off.

Massively annoying.....whatever the BBC are up to, they need to stop. It is not adverts for anyone else but them

The iPlayer fix worked for me.

You need to have or create an iPlayer account in order to get the option in settings to turn off the preview otherwise you can only stop the current trailer on the front screen which doesn't last long.

Why this has happened no idea. I've never used the iPlayer app before so to suddenly start doing this is something sky should fix
