Looping advert every 60 seconds

Uh oh looks like I spoke too soon! After doing the remote reset then rebooting my puck it was fine for just a few minutes but is now looping ads again!!

I tried that a couple of timea first, especially after leaving the Puck unplugged for a while.

So what I did in the end after resetting the remote I updated all apps. Then I tried Netflix and the ad loop happened on Netflix as well. I closed that app and opened Amazon and selected a film to watch and it worked perfectly! So I closed that app and tried my news channels and haven't had a problem since! I have no idea which action caused it to work again but for some reason I think updating the apps and then trying a movie on the apps did it, no idea. But it's working just fine now.

This is happening on my mums to today. Traitors advert playing after a black screen. We have restarted it but it's not resolved

Had this too. Adviser knew nothing of any issues. Resorted to a hard reset on the phone with him, which worked.

This happening to me today. Just plugged in today to start the new service and Im stuck on a the same advert loop interupting any TV channel I put on. I've paid for ad skipping too, but I guess this is only on 'Playlist'/'On Demand' stuff.

I am so **bleep** off. This piece of **bleep** has been looping 3 adds over and over and over Traitors and 2 others non stop. This TV belongs to an elderly lady who is reliant on this as her only pleasure. No other TV source is available. 

Your solution doesnt work. Its **bleep**.

I live five hours away by train. What is she going to do now, huh? We cant even call you because you require us to call with the number from the account or with some kind of id garbage. Nobody should ever be reliant on all this garbage when trying to watch TV.

She no longer has a phone btw. So there is no way to get through to you from any other since your robot that answers will not entertain me whatsoever without details she cannot remember because she has DEMENTIA. This is a service she is paying for every month. Disgusting.

Gonna make this clear right now. We are getting rid of SKY. Most disgusting thing I've ever know . Impossible to get help with problems that shouldn't even exist.
