I currently have 2 Sky pucks but shortly will only need 1

will I be able to return one and cancel the whole house subscription but still have the ability to watch in different room with the remaining puck

Hi @Ccollett1 

Yes cancel whole home and Sky will send you a returns pack for the other puck. You need to ensure that you return the one that isn't your primary device as this is the one that will stop working although you can change them online.

@Ccollett1 not unless you're prepared to unplug the puck and take it whichever room you to watch tv in
