Lip sync problem with puck

We cannot get our tv programs to lip sync with PUC. We have followed all guidelines but still is out of SYNC .

any help most welcome

How is your PUCK connected to your TV? Is it directly via HDMI or do you have it routed via a soundbar or AVR?

Through a sound bar. Followed all instructions changed things around but still not 100%

What is the make and model of your TV and soundbar? 

Are you using HDMI cables of the same spec and speed for all parts of the chain. ie puck > soundbar > TV?

Make sure all the nonsense picture processing options are turned off on your TV - they can sometimes create added latency. 

Check and see whether your TV has a game mode for any of its HDMI ports. If enabled, this can give an ultra low latency and keep image and sound in sync better.

I have 2 Pucks and one of them is freezing and out of sync . Have tried swapping them around and one of the pucks is defective. How do I arrange for a replacement?

You need to phone Sky. They will go through further troubleshooting with you and send a replacement puck if necessary.
