The channel above I always get as part of my package, does anyone know why it's now asking for me to upgrade my package to get this channel thanks

try pulling the plug for a few minutes from the socket it often clears these glitches
if you are trying to play content from legend extra from your playlist it can occasionally show this message if they don't own the streaming rights for said show

I have this same issue just from tonight so I wonder if this is a sky stream problem? I've tried unplugging and resetting the puck and it made no difference. Seems to be the only channel with the issue

Yeah mine the same from this morning 11/11/24 but never an issue before and not changed my subscription

Been reported on here before.
It happens at least every few months or so for me.
Have found doing the below gets it resolved.
Send an email to the Sky Viewer relations team to report it;

Yep I'm getting this message just for legend xtra channel tonight too.

Yes, still an issue for me tonight as well.
I have also sent an email so hopefully they will do something about it soon. Madness that a free view channel can't be viewed on skys platform!

So sick of these constant problems!
Does anyone else have problems with Netflix continually freezing when trying to choose a programme to watch?

Yes I have lots of issues since I signed up to sky, the freezing Netflix issue happens every now and then, also pixels of the picture keeps breaking down, the Sky puck turns itself off every now and then, the worst issue I have had no landline now pushing 6 weeks, worst thing I ever did was sign up to Sky.

Ive had a couple of replies from Viewer Relations now.
First one saying "I have checked this on Sky Glass and Stream today and was unable to recreate the upgrade message you received."
I replied to say others have the same issue.
Second reply "As advised, we are unable to replicate the issue you are facing with this channel. That is not to say you are not experiencing an issue, but that the issue is not with the channel itself."
However when I turned my Sky Stream puck on today a message came up on my screen showing this:
Perhaps this is a problem then that is affecting certain customer accounts...for whatever reason that could be.

Just to clarify the only 'limited service' that I'm actually having is not being able to view the Legend Xtra channel.

I've raised the issue with the online support team and in the superuser forum
I'll report back when more info is available . In the meantime can you post here or in the other thread if the situation resolves itself
