Keeps freezing

Had the sky only a few days, if I change channel it crashes and loses connection with the remote. If I try logging into Netflix or any other app it crashes out and can't do anything

I've escalated this to Sky and they should be in touch with you soon about it.
Look out for a message from Sky on your email and Sky Community private messages.
Look out for the blue chat bubble within your Sky community.

@PH40  Sky nGo, where you have posted does not have a remote as it is a pc/mobile app.

 

What systems are you actually referring to?

Like you I'm a customer here, Sky Employees are clearly identified as such.

New to all this it's my sky at home... sky puck won't work. It's now at the point if I try to navigate it crashes straightaway

Give all your pucks/Glass a static IP address from your router.

This will stop these issues.....

I had the same.
