Sky stream not connecting to Hub/router issue

So after the ongoing issues of actually receiving my Sky Hub it's finally here and set up. 

Now - another issue has occurred. At least twice a day now the sky stream box is losing connection to the internet. On the settings it's saying connected to the hub but not connecting to the router.

 

At the moment I have to unplug the stream box, reset the router. Leave for a few mins then plug the stream box and SOMETIMES this works. 

I never had this issue before with my old BT hub. So now wondering if it's an issue with the router? 

Shouldn't have to reset the router and steam box multiple times a day!

Set static IP address for each puck/Glass.

This will stop this

I had the same issue until I did this
